The YSF/DT 1200 one-shot filling machine, offering the capability to produce chocolates with or without cream filling is fully automatic.
With the YS/DT 1200 designed for medium to small capacity businesses;
You can work products with or without cream filling,
You can produce up to 500 kg of product, depending on the form,
You can automatically adjust gram weights with the PLC screen,
You can transfer from the product you are working on to another product with a single button.
All systems are PLC controlled.
Chasis ,all covers and the parts which are in contact with the product in the depositor are made of stainless steel
Chocolate to cream ratio :
Chocolate minimum : 60 %
Cream maximum : 40 %
Capacity: 18 forms/min. for filled products and 20 forms/min. for non-filled products.
